Meet Alice Lottes
I am a psychologist in private practice for 15 years. I work with all ages and treat anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, developmental disorders, trauma and life transitions. Treatment modalities include Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Attachment Based Treatment, Interpersonal Therapy and other modalities as appropriate. Parents are included as part of the treatment team when working with children. Each of us experiences challenges in our lives. I am here to help with the part of your life journey when you find you could benefit from professional guidance to help you tap your internal strength and wisdom.
